Scientists have declared that we are in a new era, the Anthropocene. Which means, after 10,000 years of consistent climate and overall stability, humans are now the driving force of change on the Planet

The world is becoming more and more disconnected from itself, causing increasing issues across our culture and society, from health and wellbeing, to climate, education, financial, media, food, energy systems and more.
RISING CONSCIOUSNESS
Yet a movement of mindful, purpose-driven individuals and businesses continues to grow. This includes meditation, yoga, and overall well-being tools, services and practices, online course creator and coaching services, and entrepreneurship. People have a growing desire to work freely, remotely, and on meaningful projects, collaboratively, in community, for the greater good.
THE SOLUTION
Still, there is no platform, home, symbol or simply a solution for this community to come together and grow from... yet.

2016
The Company grew into providing services for hundreds of luxury multi-family residential communities, offering white-labeled technology solutions as well as programming services such as property launch events, community wellness classes, social events, marketing, and personal one-on-one residential services.
2015
VIBEUP started in 2015 as a wellness festival in Chicago to bring like-minded people together, and quickly grew to hundreds of events per year reaching hundreds of thousands of people, working with world-renowned teachers, leaders, scientists, as well as partners and sponsors.
2021
When Covid hit in 2020, the festival business was shut down and the residential division was sold and merged into a national leader in the space. This gave VIBEUP the chance to reposition itself online as a global solution to answer it's tens of thousands of subscribers and hundreds of conscious creators and strategic partners growing need to help connect communities.
2023
Seeing a gap in the ever growing online course creation and coaching industries, VIBEUP saw the opportunity to begin it's new online path, and created a one of a kind solution that combines the best parts from website builders like WIX, funnel creators like Clickfunnels, course management tools like Teachable, into one complete online business "System" that enables conscious creators to launch and grow, quickly.
In February VIBEUP launched 2 of it's beta-products: The first, a white-label System that enables a creator to have a fully customized, automated, online business System within 30 days. And the second, one-on-one consulting services helping creators Transform and launch their Systems. The results blew us away:
In combined total since February 2023, VIBEUP and it's only 6 beta clients who enrolled in the System + Transformer, generated over $180,000 in revenue.
THE PRODUCTS
THE OPPORTUNITY
After proving the success and interest in these beta products VIBEUP is raising $120,000 to put into technology development. The capital help further development, deployed towards two focuses:

What is the platform?
The platform will include unique profiles for people and businesses (think LinkedIn, but better), a community database and feed driving user engagement, and additional products, tools, services, and events, with one-off and subscription based models, as well as revenue sharing and platform processing fees - imagine Amazon or Facebook Marketplace, but for a growing conscious community of creators, collaborators, leaders, businesses, and individuals.
Furthermore, the platform will introduce the community of thousands of members to the growing list of featured creators and communities, ie. Systems, serving as an organic marketing engine for all featured on the platform, increasing resources for people and revenue for businesses.
The Best part? We already have the frontend designed, the plan and team identified to build and connect the backend... and thousands of users ready to sign up.
THE OPPORTUNITY

PHASE 1

The System + Transformer MVP: We are already to market with our MVP, set to launch in July 2023, with 10 clients onboarded at $330 to $2,200 per month, with $1,000+ setup fees, and a growing waiting list of clients. With your help our enhanced automated onboarding System and additional team members, will help us scale, fast.

MMP: With a more robust product plus a couple key administrative roles we can free up our leadership team and enable us to grow by over 1,000% within 6 months, using our existing organic marketing assets that include a database of over 10,000 opt-in subscribers and over 30,000 social media followers + an established personal network of over 300 influential, purpose-driven, aligned strategic partners, creators, and referral networks.
PHASE 2

Launch the Community Platform: We already have the UI (user interface) and UX (user experience) frontend designed and developed and only need to build and connect the backend database to be able to introduce the VIBEUP Community Platform to our thousands of members... The platform includes unique personal and professional profile pages for users to share their unique personality traits, skills, and purpose and connect with each other, as well as a community feed that drives engagement, and a member-database for member filtration searchability.
The Community Platform also includes a number of products to increase the value of the platform for personal and professional users with free and paid memberships, self-development tools, professional programs, marketing services, coaching, events, podcasts, and more. Creating a fully-functional personal and professional growth vehicle for the growing conscious community to utilize, connect and grow on, while dramatically growing the business with the increase of member, subscriptions, affiliate and referral services, and system processing fees for all transactions..
PHASE 3

White-label Community System: From our extensive background serving hundreds of creators and communities around the US market with a white-labeled software, we see the need for these emerging conscious creators, communities, brands, and properties to have a solution to house their own community online. Therefore, all of what VIBEUP is developing to grow and contain it's community on, is being built with being packaged as a white-labeled mobile app for others, ready to be released in app stores in just weeks from signup.
Additionally, given it's global network of services providers on the Community Platform, VIBEUP will be able to offer class, event, one-on-one, and marketing services to each of the white-labeled communities, adding yet more value for the community members and customers, and another revenue stream from all transactions conducted on each System.

Looking ahead...
Once this foundation is created, there will be no-limit to our growth. Think of what Amazon or Facebook did by building an online community user-base, then rolled out additional services and products. There are existing coaching, course management, sales and marketing services, funnel and website builder companies, but not all on one System, and not with an external facing Community that sparks user engagement and drives revenue growth for all involved.

Ubuntu: Ubuntu is a 4,500 acre oceanfront regenerative real estate development project in Central America building 400 luxury eco-homes, breaking ground in 2023. Ubuntu has partner with VIBEUP to provide residential lifestyle programming services, community software management systems including the first to be released VIBEUP white-label community management software, as well as being the first residential community VIBEUP will promote as a certified conscious community to live in. Making VIBEUP monthly recurring revenue, an ongoing percentage of all products and services sold at the community, and an annually renewing commission from all residential leases, rentals, and home-purchases.
